  • 1½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking soda
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • ¾ tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ cup Buttermilk or milk soured with about 1tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Prima® peaches, pureed
  • 3 Prima® peaches, sliced for topping
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maple syrup for topping


  1. Sift and stir together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add egg, buttermilk and oil to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
  3. Wash, slice and puree peaches, including peelings. Fold into mixture and stir well.
  4. Lightly spray waffle maker with cooking spray or use butter (if needed).
  5. Cook waffles until they reach a nice golden color and are completely cooked through.
  6. Top each waffle with whipped cream, sliced peaches and maple syrup.
